A high-performance polymer-modified base coat for multiple substrates, ecorend P34 Polymer-Modified Base Coat is a versatile, cement-based rendering mortar engineered to provide enhanced adhesion, flexibility and breathability across a wide range of masonry backgrounds. Its highly polymer-modified formulation delivers excellent adhesion with W2 capillary water absorption and high water vapour permeability, providing a reliable base for a variety of external render finishes.
Designed with professional application in mind, P34 incorporates advanced trowel technology for excellent workability and can be applied using traditional hand application or suitable spray equipment. This makes it an efficient choice for both smaller projects and larger façade applications where consistent application and productivity are essential.
P34 is suitable for application to new concrete block, lightweight block, smooth and rough brickwork, hacked-off render and suitable existing render. Highly absorbent or dusty substrates can be prepared using an appropriate ecorend primer before application.
ecorend P34 Polymer Base Coat provides professional contractors with a practical, versatile base coat for a wide range of external rendering specifications.
