All 1400m2 of this simply stunning job was completed by Airless Plastering Wales.
With a new blockwork substrate, our BBA Certified ecorend MR1 Monouche Render was machine-applied to a 20mm thickness. The increase in thickness is due to Carmarthen being located in a ‘Very Severe’ area on the UK Weather exposure zones map. The increase in thickness strengthens the render and protects the integrity against the harsher coastal weather.
MR1 was a perfect choice for this location due to its high adhesion, water repellent abilities and breathability – and a selection of Antique White and Portland Stone colours were used. The differences are subtle, but provide variety and depth to the development.
The materials were supplied via The Render Depot Swansea, a specialist independent distributor for all your rendering needs. With over 15 years’ experience, they are also available to provide technical advice on products and installation methods.
We’re sure the new homeowners are thrilled with the results, well done for a case study worthy completion!
