This stunning modern property was completed by R H Developments, finished using a ecorend MR1 Monocouche One Coat Render in a bespoke colour.

The bespoke render colour was carefully produced by our expert team, before being applied over ecorend OCR and FX4 base coats.

The beautiful pictures say it all – great architecture, fantastic location and a perfect render job.

 

Why MR1 – Monocouche One Coat Render?

ecorend MR1 Monocouche One Coat Render is a British Board of Agrément approved high performance, cement-based, through coloured scratch render. Developed with Siloxane to have W2 class water repellence, is highly breathable, with excellent adhesion, and utilises our cutting-edge trowel technology which makes the product easy to apply by hand or by spray, in one coat. The product’s through-colour characteristics ensure a low maintenance, and attractive, stone looking finish which is available in a range of beautiful colours.

ecorend OCR One Coat Base is a cement-based product, which is British Board of Agrément approved. A high-performance, W2 water repellent, versatile base coat that can be used as a scratch base coat ready to receive a through coloured render, or as a flat finish ready to receive a thin coat render. The product utilises our cutting-edge trowel technology which makes the product easy to apply by hand or by spray, in one coat.

Why FX4 – One Coat Base?

ecorend FX4 One Coat Base is a cement-based ultra-high-performance product that has been highly polymer modified to offer the ultimate flexible base for multiple substrates. With excellent adhesion, and W2 weatherproofing performance this product is also highly breathable and utilises our cutting-edge trowel technology which makes the product easy to apply by hand or by spray over multiple substrates and is particularly good for EWI external wall insulation systems and render carrier board systems.
