Set within beautifully landscaped grounds, this impressive Georgian-style property in Surrey required a full silicone render system that would complement its architecture while delivering the durability and long-term protection expected from a high-performance façade.
A complete ecorend SR10 Silicone Thin Coat Render System was specified and applied over the property’s existing external wall insulation – creating a clean, refined finish designed to perform for years to come.
Before application, the existing building surface was thoroughly cleaned and treated with ecorend XR1 Fungicidal Wash to remove organic growth and prepare the substrate. The system was then built up using FX4 One Coat Base reinforced with M160 Fibre Mesh, followed by the appropriate SP10 primer and ecorend SR10 Silicone Thin Coat Render topcoat.
With its fine 1mm grain size, SR10 creates an exceptionally smooth, contemporary appearance while retaining the performance benefits associated with a silicone render system. Its highly water-repellent, breathable finish helps protect the façade from the elements while supporting a cleaner, lower-maintenance exterior.
Finished in Marble White, the result is bright, crisp and understated – complementing the Georgian-style detailing, expansive gardens and scale of the property without competing with its architecture.
