Starting with careful removal of the existing render, the existing blockwork required preparation for its new lease of life. The ecorend X32 One Coat Base was a strong choice due to its highly water repellent and vapour permeable properties. With an application temperature of between 3˚C to 25˚C, those tricky February conditions were one less thing to think about.
