As fully sustainable homes, each property has been constructed using some of the very best quality insulation materials, with environmental features including grey water harvesting, photovoltaic panels and ground source heat pumps. We are delighted to be chosen as the render supplier for such a prestigious project.
The houses were finished with our ecorend MR1 Monocouche Render – a through-coloured, one-coat render system that has excellent water repellency, breathability and adhesion. Available in 33 standard colours, it gives an attractive stone effect finish when applied as a scratch render and is independently certified by the British Board of Agrement. Our MR1 is durable for up to 20 years.
